Overview
A professional family on the Upper West Side of Manhattan is looking for a full-time nanny for their three children who range in age from 7 to 3 years old. This is a Monday through Friday role with general hours of 7:30am - 5:30pm. The oldest child is in school from 7:30am - 4:00pm each day and the younger two children go to school for a few hours each day. This is a child focused role with the ideal candidate open to assisting with some simple errands and household support from time to time.
Responsibilities
- Assist parents with the morning routine of breakfast and preparing children for school
- Transport children to and from school and activities
- Coordinate play dates and assist with after-school projects and homework
- Run errands and assist with laundry from time to time
- Maintain cleanliness, laundry, and organization of home (not deep cleaning)
Qualifications
- Experience with multiple children
- Knowledgeable about the UWS and comfortable in NYC
- Background in education
- Can-do attitude
Requirements
- Legal to work in the US
- Able to work in conjunction with parents
- Reliable with excellent references
Salary and Benefits
$35-$40/hr based on experience with some benefits (metro card etc)
