Overview
A downtown Manhattan-based family of three is in search of a nanny for their 11-month-old child. The position will be Monday through Friday, about 50 hours per week. The position will be in NYC (Sept–May, live-out) and the Hamptons (June–Sept, live-in). This role includes travel so the family requires a candidate with a US passport.
Responsibilities
- All aspects of full-charge toddler care, including feeding, diapering, bathing, and ensuring the safety and well-being of the child
- Engaging the child in age-appropriate play such as reading, singing, object tracking, and tummy time
- Track developmental milestones and communicate progress to parents
- Child-related housekeeping, laundry, toy sanitation, and sterilization of bottles and pump parts
- Organization of the child’s room, spaces, and belongings – keep areas tidy
- Keeping an inventory of supplies for the nursery and restocking
- Adhering to schedules and making appropriate adjustments
- Supporting sleep and meal routines
- Cooking healthy meals
- Traveling as needed and accompany the family to their home in the Hamptons

Salary and Benefits
- DOE between $100-$115k per year
