Operations & Procurement Manager – UHNW Private Office / Yacht Operations

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Operations & Procurement Manager to join a high-performing team supporting an Ultra High Net Worth Individual (UHNW) across multiple international properties and yacht operations. This is a unique opportunity for someone with strong operational, procurement, and logistics experience who thrives in fast-paced, luxury environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations, procurement, and supply chain management for yachts, estates, and associated programs
- Manage relationships with suppliers, contractors, and service providers, negotiating contracts and ensuring quality standards
- Coordinate procurement for yacht and estate operations, including technical equipment, provisions, and luxury goods
- Monitor budgets, track spending, and provide financial reporting to support operational decisions
- Ensure operational workflows run efficiently, anticipating needs and resolving issues proactively
- Support planning and execution of events, logistics, and high-profile travel arrangements
- Maintain operational documentation, SOPs, and compliance records
- Liaise with internal teams, crew, and external partners to ensure seamless coordination across locations
- Implement process improvements to elevate operational efficiency and service standards
Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience in operations, procurement, or logistics management, ideally in luxury, yachting, or estate environments
- Strong negotiation, budgeting, and vendor management skills
- Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to multitask under pressure
- Polished communication skills and professional demeanour
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, procurement software, and operational management tools
- Flexible and willing to travel internationally as required
- Discreet, proactive, and solution-focused mindset
