Overview
Achieve Hospitality is proud to partner with one of Ireland’s finest luxury estates. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Accommodation Manager to support the Accommodation Manager in delivering exceptional guest experiences across the estate. You will play a key role in ensuring every room and public area meets the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort, and presentation.
In this role, you will lead and support a team of Accommodation Assistants, monitor quality standards, and coordinate closely with the Maintenance department to maintain the estate’s exacting standards. You will uphold health, safety, and hygiene regulations, and act as a calm, organised, and proactive presence throughout the accommodation operations.
We are looking for someone enthusiastic, ambitious, and passionate about hospitality, with strong attention to detail and excellent leadership skills. You will thrive in a dynamic environment, enjoy developing your team, and contribute to creating memorable experiences for all guests staying on the estate.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a team of Accommodation Assistants, ensuring high standards.
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms.
- Conduct regular checks of staff work and ensure standards are consistently met.
- Oversee housekeeping checklists and ensure all tasks are completed efficiently.
- Support the Accommodation Manager in daily operations and team management.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and HACCP regulations across the estate.
- Liaise with the Maintenance department to maintain room and building standards.
- Drive estate vehicles as required and manage responsibilities for a designated building.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in accommodation or housekeeping.
- Highly organised and able to manage busy, dynamic environments.
- Consistently delivers high-quality service to guests.
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
- Detail-oriented, ambitious, and eager to progress in hospitality.
