Marcilly Recruitment is seeking an exceptional Remote Private PA to support a highly successful UHNW business couple based in Dubai.
This Remote Private PA position is predominantly remote; however, the successful Remote Private PA must be currently based in Dubai and possess a strong “black book” of trusted local contacts across lifestyle, hospitality, wellness and property services.
This Remote Private PA will act as a proactive right-hand, ensuring the seamless running of the principals’ private lives while coordinating closely with household and external support teams.
The successful Remote Private PA MUST be based here in Dubai already and they MUST have three years of experience in a Private PA role in Dubai!
Salary: AED 30,000 – 40,000 per month (DOE)
Location: Dubai (remote with in-person support as required)
Start Date: ASAP (happy to wait for the right Remote Private PA)
Remote Private PA Responsibilities
- Researching and booking holidays, retreats and associated travel arrangements
- Managing wellness, medical and beauty appointments
- Overseeing personal administration including payments, renewals and reconciliations
- Coordinating property upgrades and renovations where required
- Managing lifestyle logistics, reservations and sourcing requests
- Running errands and overseeing suppliers when needed
- Supporting with technology troubleshooting where required
- Covering House Manager responsibilities during leave periods
- Managing digital task systems and ensuring full visibility of outstanding priorities
- Acting as a trusted, discreet and responsive presence at all times
The successful Remote Private PA will be comfortable operating independently from a home office environment while remaining flexible to attend the principals’ residence and run errands when required.
The Ideal Remote Private PA
- Must currently be based in Dubai (applications from candidates not currently residing in Dubai will not be considered)
- Minimum three years’ residency in Dubai Strong local network and established “black book” of Dubai contacts
- 10+ years’ experience as a Private or Personal Assistant
- Proven longevity in prior roles
- Corporate experience highly desirable
- Native-level English
- Calm, street-smart and solutions-driven
- Able to commit long-term
