Job Title: UHNW Training & Compliance Manager

Role overview:
We are seeking an experienced Training and Compliance Manager to oversee the operational excellence, regulatory adherence, and professional development of staff within a high-net-worth (UHNW) residential or family office environment. The ideal candidate will ensure the highest standards of service delivery, risk management, and staff competency while maintaining strict discretion and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
Training & Development
- Design, implement, and oversee bespoke training programs for household, estate, and administrative staff tailored to UHNW expectations.
- Deliver onboarding and continuous professional development initiatives, including soft skills, technical skills, etiquette, and service standards.
- Conduct performance assessments, skills audits, and identify training needs to maintain and enhance team competency.
- Ensure staff are proficient in specialized areas such as security awareness,
Leadership & Advisory
- Serve as a key advisor to senior household management and family office
- Foster a culture of excellence, professionalism, and discretion across all levels of staff.
- Collaborate closely with estate managers, executive assistants, and departmental heads to ensure cohesive team performance.
Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain detailed records of training activities, certifications, audits, and compliance documentation.
- Provide periodic reports and recommendations to principals and senior management regarding operational performance, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven experience in high-net-worth or ultra-luxury household environments, family offices, private estates, or large hotel corporation background.
- Strong background in training, compliance, risk management, and staff development.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to maintain the utmost discretion and confidentiality.
- Professional certifications in compliance, HR, or training are advantageous.
- Proactive, solution-focused, and able to work independently.

Package:
Salary: £100,000
Will need to be already based and settled in the U.K
Standard U.K holiday leave package
