Overview
Urgently seeking a 24hr newborn care specialist for a 5week old baby. The role will start pretty much straight away and ideally will cover the upcoming Easter holidays. There is likely to be travel over the holiday period.
Responsibilities
- Prioritising the safety and well-being of the baby at all times, providing attentive and nurturing consistent care
- Supporting Mum with feeding and general care
- Maintaining a calm and supportive environment
- Baby's laundry, bottle sterilising (if required), and cleaning of toys and other baby items
- Gently encouraging healthy sleep and feed schedules
- Encouraging a healthy relationship between the siblings and baby
Requirements
- Gentle, nurturing, calm and unflappable
- Happy to travel internationally or domestically if required
- Extremely good communicator
- Warm, friendly and passionate about newborn care and supporting families
- Comfortable in a fully-staffed environment, able to adapt to quickly changing situations and schedules
- Open, supportive, and caring
