Overview
A wonderful family of 4, soon to be 5, in the Presidio Heights neighborhood of San Francisco, CA, is seeking an experienced full-time housekeeper for their 5,500 sq ft home. The general schedule will be Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm, with flexibility. Alternatively, the family will consider part-time for the right candidate. This position is open to local candidates only, please.
Responsibilities
Include, but are not limited to:
- General housekeeping, including detailed cleaning and upkeep of the home
- Laundry and garment care
- Making beds and maintaining linens
- Vacuuming and mopping of floors
- Home organization and upkeep of storage areas
- Restocking household supplies
- Running errands as needed
- Maintaining clear and consistent communication with the principals
Qualifications
- Patient, discreet, and emotionally intelligent
- Comfortable working in a household with young children
- Strong communication skills and ability to provide clear, proactive updates
- Professional, friendly personality
- Trustworthy, dependable, and efficient
- Proactive, organized, and thoughtful
- Ability to prioritize and work autonomously
Requirements
- Prior experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of how to clean various surfaces
- Local to the area and within reasonable commuting distance
- Legal to work in the U.S.
Salary and Benefits
The family is offering $60-$65 per hour, commensurate with experience, PTO, and a $400 monthly medical stipend
