Overview
A busy family living in Greenwich, CT is seeking a second nanny to help care primarily for their sons, aged 4 and 5. They will not be in summer camp or school until September, so they are looking for someone who can provide structure, activities, outdoor time, learning support, and calm daily routines.
The family currently has another nanny who primarily cares for their 1-year-old and works as part of the household team. Mom is due with baby number four later in the year, and once the baby arrives, they would like both nannies to work together during the day as needed, while a night nurse will cover nights.
The schedule will be Tuesday to Saturday, with Sunday and Monday off, and 7am-7pm.
A live-out candidate is preferred, but the family will consider a live-in.
The family travels regularly throughout the year, both domestically and internationally, so flexibility is required in response to any changes to the typical routine.
The ideal candidate will be loving, proactive, structured, and happy to jump in wherever needed in a busy household with young children.
