Yacht Charter Operations Assistant | Central London
Salary: £33,000–£39,000 DOE + Annual Bonus
Location: Central London (Hybrid working available following successful completion of training)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an organised and proactive Yacht Charter Assistant to join a leading luxury yacht brokerage based in Central London.
This role offers the chance to work alongside an experienced Charter Broker, supporting the administration and coordination of luxury yacht charters for an international clientele. It is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to transition ashore from the superyacht industry, particularly an experienced Purser or Chief Stewardess with exceptional organisational and administrative skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Charter Broker.
- Prepare and manage charter agreements, contracts, itineraries and supporting documentation.
- Coordinate guest preferences, charter logistics and operational paperwork.
- Maintain accurate records, databases and filing systems.
- Liaise professionally with yacht crew, clients, suppliers and industry partners.
- Manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
- Support the smooth delivery of luxury yacht charters from initial enquiry through to completion.
The Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience within the superyacht industry is highly desirable.
- Ex-Purser or experienced Chief Stewardess looking to transition ashore would be particularly well suited.
- Strong organisational and administrative abilities.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to prioritise workloads and perform well in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional, proactive and solutions-focused approach.
- Must have the legal right to work in the United Kingdom.
Package
- £33,000–£39,000, depending on experience.
- Annual performance bonus.
- Hybrid working available following the successful completion of training (approximately three months).
