THE FAMILY & ROLE
A warm, accomplished family with three young children — a five-year-old, a two-year-old, and a newborn. A hands-on stay-at-home mother who values a nanny who is proactive, professional, and genuinely energized by an active multi-child household. This is a long-term position for a career nanny who is ready to commit and grow with a family.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
— $100,000–$130,000 annually, DOE
— Comprehensive benefit package
— Private live-in accommodations provided
— Competitive daily schedule with midday break
— Up to 4 weeks annual domestic and international travel
— Long-term, stable position — July 27, 2026 start
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
— Minimum 5 years verifiable private household nanny experience — long-term placements strongly preferred
— High energy and natural pace — ability to manage a newborn, toddler, and school-age child simultaneously
— Own children preferred — the family's meaningful stated preference
— Legal U.S. work authorization — permanent resident or citizen required
— Full English fluency required | Bilingual (Spanish, Hebrew, or French) a significant plus
— Current passport — travel required
— Valid Florida driver's license, clean record
— Current CPR and First Aid — infant and child
— All vaccines current
— Clear comprehensive background check
— Two verifiable references from prior principal families — required
