General Manager – Healthy Food & Beverage Business, Abu Dhabi

An established healthy food and beverage brand in Abu Dhabi, built around a central production kitchen supplying a small network of retail outlets. The business has strong brand recognition and a loyal following, and is entering a new chapter under ownership committed to a full commercial and operational turnaround. THE ROLE
This is a hands-on leadership role for an operator who wants to build, fix and grow, not maintain the status quo. Reporting directly to the owner, you will take full ownership of the business, its performance and its people.
— Own the full P&L and drive a sustainable path to profitability
— Lead daily operations across the central production kitchen and all retail outlets
— Strengthen margins through food costing, procurement and operational efficiency
— Optimise the menu, pricing and product mix
— Identify and develop new revenue streams
— Build a high-performing, accountable team
— Implement clear operational KPIs and management routines
— Maintain an exceptional customer experience alongside the highest food quality and safety standards

THE CANDIDATE
An entrepreneurial, hands-on operator who is as comfortable in the kitchen and on the shop floor as in front of a P&L. This is not a role for someone who leads from behind a desk or through meetings alone.
— Currently based in the UAE, or willing to relocate immediately
— Significant leadership experience within F&B operations, ideally multi-site
— Proven ownership of a business or divisional P&L
— Strong commercial and financial acumen, with food costing and menu engineering experience
— Comfortable working hands-on across kitchen and retail operations
— Entrepreneurial, decisive and resilient, with high personal ownership
— Background in healthy food concepts, premium café or multi-site restaurant groups preferred
— Arabic language skills an advantage, though not essential
