Elite Household HR is placing a Full-Time Nanny and Family Assistant for a warm, accomplished private family in Coconut Grove, Florida. This is a W-2 position with one of the most comprehensive benefits packages in private household employment in South Florida.
About the Role
Three boys — ages 5.5, 5.5, and 3.5 — are at the center of this household. This is a high-energy, deeply engaged family who invests genuinely in the professionals who care for their children. The right candidate will be equally at home on the floor building LEGOs and managing a travel pack list for three boys under six.
Schedule
Tuesday through Friday: 1:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Sunday and Monday: off (except required travel or special coverage)
Travel to Michigan and Europe is a genuine and consistent part of this role. A summer rotation schedule is implemented to ensure adequate consecutive time off while maintaining comparable weekly hours.
Compensation
$30.00 – $38.00 per hour, commensurate with experience
Minimum 40 hours per week | Overtime paid at 1.5x for all hours over 40

What We Are Looking For
- Significant, verifiable professional experience with multiple young children
- Prior experience in a private household with domestic and international travel
- Valid U.S. passport — non-negotiable requirement
- Valid driver's license and safe personal vehicle
- Current CPR and First Aid certifications
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check
- Minimum of two verifiable professional references (no exceptions)
- Comfortable with dogs (the family has a Goldendoodle)
