A UHNW family based in Chelsea is looking for an experienced Housekeeper/Cook to join their private household on a permanent basis.
Job Description
The role would suit someone who takes real pride in maintaining a home to a high standard and is equally confident preparing fresh, healthy family meals.
You will work as part of a household team and should be organised, flexible and discreet, with a professional approach to private service.
Role Responsibilities
- Maintaining the household to a consistently high standard
- Daily cleaning and general housekeeping
- Laundry and ironing
- Keeping the home organised and well presented
- Preparing fresh, healthy family meals
- Assisting with meal preparation and cooking as required
- Preparing Mediterranean and international-style cuisine
- Supporting the wider household team when needed
- Maintaining high standards of hygiene and organisation in the kitchen and throughout the home
Candidate Requirements
- Previous private household experience, ideally within a UHNW or high-end environment
- Strong housekeeping skills and attention to detail
- Confidence preparing fresh, healthy family meals
- Good knowledge of Mediterranean and international cuisine
- A hands-on and proactive approach
- Excellent organisational skills
- Flexibility and a willingness to support the household as required
- Discretion and an understanding of working in a private family environment
- The ability to work well as part of a household team
