Overview
A warm family of four based in South Oxfordshire, is seeking an experienced and qualified full-time nanny to care for their two young children, who will be one and four years old at the start of the position.
The role will primarily focus on the youngest child, with the older sibling attending school. Both parents work full-time, predominantly from their London offices, so the nanny will need to be confident providing sole-charge care and independently managing the children's daily routines. Some school drop-offs and collections will also be required.
The family is particularly keen to find an established career nanny with substantial experience caring for infants and toddlers, alongside a thorough understanding of early childhood development. They are looking for someone who can confidently take responsibility for the youngest child's day-to-day care and provide thoughtful, age-appropriate opportunities for learning and development as he progresses through his early years. The successful candidate will combine a strong professional foundation with a warm, intuitive approach, offering the consistency, stimulation and nurturing care that the family values.
The ideal candidate will be warm, well-mannered and genuinely passionate about working with young children. The family is looking for someone who will become a trusted and consistent presence in their children's lives, and this is very much a long-term opportunity for a nanny hoping to grow with a family.
The position is live-out, working 48 hours per week, Monday through Friday. The family would ideally like someone to start in January 2027 but can offer flexibility until the end of February for the right candidate.
