TEMP PRIVATE CHEF | CHRISTMAS & NEW YEAR | 23RD DEC – 3RD JAN | PRIVATE ESTATE IN NORTH DORSET
We are looking for an experienced Private Chef for a lovely family based at their private estate in North Dorset over the festive period.
The role will involve cooking for the family, approximately 7–8 household staff and visiting guests, with numbers reaching up to 18 for special occasions.
The family enjoy fresh, delicious home-cooked food and relaxed family dining, alongside some more impressive formal dinners and entertaining. Key dates include Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Year's Eve.
Requirements:
- Previous Private Household experience preferred.
- Confident with both relaxed family cooking and formal dinner parties.
- Experienced in menu planning, ordering and provisioning.
- Comfortable catering for up to 18 guests.
- Able to work alongside an established Junior Chef.
- Flexible and organised with a personable approach.
Package:
- Dates: 23rd December 2026 – 3rd January 2027.
- Rate: £350 per day.
- Double rate on Christmas Day, Boxing Day, 28th December and New Year's Day.
- Total assignment fee: £5,600.
- Live-in accommodation provided in the estate staff house.
