Overview
Two highly engaged entrepreneurial fathers are seeking an experienced Newborn Care Specialist to support their family with the arrival of their first child in October 2026, followed by a second child a few months later. This position will be based in New York City with regular travel to the Hamptons, Aspen, and additional domestic and international destinations. The role is a 20/7 schedule beginning in October 2026 and contracted for one year through October 2027. There may be an opportunity to transition into a long-term nanny position should there be mutual interest. This is a fully hands-on newborn care role, and the family is eager to hire immediately upon finding the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Daily childcare of a newborn infant
- There will be a second infant, within six months
- Full charge of feeding, changing and sleeping schedules, and all things baby
- Sleep training
Qualifications

Requirements
- Legal to work in the US
- Prior NCS experience
- Experience with multiples
- Passport ready, not expiring within six months
- Prior success sleep training
- Comfortable working in a modern family environment and coordinating across multiple homes
- Highly detail-oriented with excellent communication skills
- Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and recommend solutions
- Discreet, professional, and respectful of privacy
- Ability to travel
- Strong technology and organizational skills
