Overview
A distinguished private family in Chenango County, NY (4 hours Upstate from NYC), is seeking an exceptional Live-In Domestic Couple to oversee the seamless operation, upkeep, and service of their estate. This highly demanding position requires two accomplished professionals with a minimum of 2-3 years of proven success as a Domestic Couple in UHNW or similarly exacting households. The successful candidates will demonstrate uncompromising standards, impeccable discretion, and the ability to anticipate and deliver on the principals’ needs with precision and excellence. The schedule is standard business hours with flexibility for weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities
Household Operations & Estate Care● Provide comprehensive oversight of both interior and exterior estate operations, ensuring the property is maintained to the highest luxury standards at all times.● Perform hands-on light repairs and preventive maintenance, while proactively managing larger-scale needs through oversight of vendors, contractors, and service providers.● Perform daily housekeeping and quarterly deep cleans staff to guarantee museum-level cleanliness and order throughout the residence.● Daily walks of the interior and exterior of the home to assess need for repairs and maintenance.
● Constant organization, detailing, creating inventories, and sending updates on household supplies.Logistics, Driving & Errands● Provide safe, professional driving services for principals as needed, maintaining all vehicles to concierge-level standards (servicing, registration, detailing).● Manage errands with efficiency and discretion, ensuring household and personal needs are executed without disruption.Inventory & Household Management● Maintain accurate, detailed inventories of food, household supplies, medicines, and specialty items, ensuring all goods are stocked, fresh, and organized.● Anticipate principals’ preferences and ensure availability of requested items at all times.● Liaise with family’s private chef to ensure fresh food and pantry items are stocked.

Requirements
● Experience: Minimum of 2-3+ years’ tenure as a Domestic Couple for UHNWhouseholds, private estates, or equivalent elite service environments.● Technical Skills: Demonstrated ability to perform light property repairs (electrical and plumbing), coordinate ongoing maintenance, and manage vendors with accountability.● Driving Expertise: Impeccable driving record, knowledge of local traffic patterns, and proven experience providing safe, discreet transportation for principals.● Interpersonal Skills: Superior communication and coordination abilities, with the professionalism to interact seamlessly with principals, staff, and third parties.
● Must be able to operate tractors and trucks and be familiar with plowing driveways.
● Must be able to vet contractors, manage vendor budget proposals, and manage long term complex projects.
● Keep in constant communication with the NYC office
Salary and Benefits
● $175,000-$250,000 DOE (this includes both employee's wages, all inclusive of both people and not separate)

● Housing: they are building a house on property for the Domestic Couple to live in, but while it’s being built, they would provide a nearby Airbnb and car for use. Home utilities would be provided
