Job Title: Temporary Housekeeper
Location: Miami Beach, FL
Compensation: $40+ per hour (DOE)
Schedule: Thursday-Monday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Contract Duration: Immediate Start until May 1st, 2026
Overview
A UHNW family with a fully staffed private household in Miami is seeking a Temporary Housekeeper to support the team during peak season. This role will work collaboratively with existing household staff to maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness, organization, and presentation throughout the residence.
The ideal candidate has experience in luxury private homes, understands formal household standards, and is comfortable working within a structured, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform high-level daily housekeeping in coordination with the household team
- Maintain pristine condition of bedrooms, bathrooms, living spaces, and high-traffic areas
- Laundry and linen care, including handling fine fabrics and delicate garments
- Support guest-ready preparation and turnover during busy periods
- Assist with organization projects and seasonal household needs
- Follow established household systems, protocols, and checklists
- Maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times
Requirements
- Prior experience working in UHNW or luxury private households required
- Experience working within a fully staffed home environment preferred
- Strong attention to detail and knowledge of luxury home care standards
- Professional demeanor and team-oriented attitude
- Reliable and punctual with strong time management skills
- Ability to take direction from the Principals and the housekeeping team
