Salary: £25,000 circa
Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, shift hours are scheduled on a rotating basis from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm, including weekends

Achieve Hospitality is delighted to be partnering with a luxury country estate in North Yorkshire. Renowned for its spa experiences, wellness focus and commitment to sustainability. They are looking for a dedicated Spa Therapist to join their award-winning spa team. This role requires excellent technical skills, a passion for guest wellbeing, and the ability to deliver professional, personalised treatments that exceed expectations.

Role Responsibilities

Provide a full range of professional spa treatments, including massages, facials, waxing, manicures, and pedicures, ensuring an exceptional guest experience.
Advise guests on aftercare procedures and recommend suitable products to enhance treatment results and promote wellbeing.
Actively promote and upsell spa treatments and retail products to members, hotel guests, and spa visitors.
Maintain treatment rooms, equipment, and supplies to the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation.
Ensure all spa areas comply with health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.
Support the leisure team by assisting with the smooth running of the spa and maintaining facilities when needed.
Stay informed about the latest spa treatments, techniques, and industry trends to enhance service quality.
Contribute to training and development initiatives, mentoring junior team members and engaging with guests to ensure satisfaction.

Candidate Requirements

Must hold a NVQ Level 3 qualification in Beauty Therapy or equivalent, with proven experience in delivering professional treatments.
Previous experience in holistic or specialised spa therapies is highly desirable to provide a wide range of treatments.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and create memorable guest experiences.
Impeccable personal presentation, grooming, and professional appearance at all times in line with luxury spa standards.
Demonstrates a genuine passion for guest wellbeing and delivering exceptional, personalised service consistently.
Flexible and reliable, with the ability to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays when required.
