The Role
We are seeking an experienced, professional Travelling PA to support principals across multiple residences within the US. This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate who thrives in fast-paced, high-end environments and enjoys frequent travel.
The role will involve supporting the principals with both personal and lifestyle management while ensuring day-to-day operations run seamlessly across residences and travel locations.
Responsibilities Include:
- Coordinating schedules, appointments, and travel logistics across multiple residences
- Travelling ahead of the principals to ensure homes are fully prepared and organised
- Liaising with household staff, vendors, and specialist travel teams
- Assisting with packing, unpacking, wardrobe organisation, and personal errands
- Managing reservations, dining bookings, transport, and lifestyle requests
- Maintaining high household standards and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
- Providing hands-on support during travel periods and family stays
- Seamlessly integrating into an already well-run household environment
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience working as a Travelling PA within UHNW households or yachts
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Excellent discretion, professionalism, and adaptability
- Comfortable working within changing schedules and fast-paced environments
- Strong understanding of luxury travel and lifestyle management
- Able to travel frequently and work flexibly as required
- Calm, proactive, and solutions-focused approach
- Available to work 6 days per week during the contract period
