Elite Household HR is conducting a confidential search on behalf of a distinguished private family in Pinecrest, Florida. This is a full-time, live-out, long-term position in a beautifully maintained 9,000 sq ft private residence with three young daughters and a professional household team already in place.
This is not a cleaning position. It is a private household career role, and we are looking for a professional who understands the difference.
Position details:
— Schedule: Monday–Friday 8:30 AM–4:30 PM | Sunday 12:00–5:00 PM (45 hrs/week)
Compensation based on DOE COMPETITIVE
— Overtime paid for hours beyond standard schedule
— PTO included | Federal holidays off (time-and-a-half if worked)
— Start date: July 27, 2026
— Long-term, stable position in a professionally staffed private household
What this role requires:
— Minimum 5 years of private household experience — large residence strongly preferred
— Expert laundry, ironing, and fine garment care
— Culinary competency — simple family dinner preparation 3–4 evenings per week
— Experience working in a family home with young children
— Full English comprehension
— Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation
— Clear background check and verifiable professional references from prior private household employers
— Legal U.S. work authorization
