A warm, accomplished private family in Pinecrest, Florida is seeking a career nanny of exceptional caliber to become a trusted, long-term presence in their household. The family has three daughters: Kaiya, age six; Ayana, age three; and Maya, their baby girl. All three are happy, healthy, and wonderfully loved.
This family knows who they are looking for. Their best experiences have been with women in their mid-thirties to mid-forties who have raised children of their own and who bring to private household childcare the kind of grounded, instinctive warmth that only lived experience produces. They are not looking for someone to manage their children. They are looking for someone who will love them.

THE ROLE
This is a full-charge live-in nanny position responsible for the primary care, daily routine, developmental engagement, and emotional wellbeing of all three children. The selected candidate will work closely with the family during morning and evening windows on weekdays — the two most formative periods of a child's day — and will carry full responsibility for the children's domain throughout the day on Sundays.
The role is not compartmentalized. Kaiya is six and navigating the social and academic richness of early school life. Ayana is three and in the full bloom of early childhood curiosity. Maya is an infant whose world is being built day by day. The person who holds this position must be equally fluent across all three stages simultaneously.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Complete primary care for all three children — feeding, bathing, soothing, and age-appropriate developmental engagement for each child according to her stage
• Cooking and meal preparation for the children — nutritious, age-appropriate, and aligned with family dietary preferences
• Children's laundry, clothing organization, and care of personal belongings
• Cleaning and organization of all children's areas maintained to an impeccable standard
• Design and facilitation of engaging, developmentally appropriate activities — intentional daily programming, not passive supervision
• School accompaniment and transportation for Kaiya; activity and playdate accompaniment for all children
• Morning routine support to ensure a smooth, calm start to each school day
• Collaborative, professional coordination with the family's household team
• Travel with the family up to four weeks annually — domestic and international itineraries
• Proactive daily communication with parents regarding each child's experience, milestones, and any matters requiring attention
IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE
You are a career nanny. Private household childcare is your profession — not a transitional position, not a role between other things. Your resume reflects meaningful, multi-year placements with families who trusted you completely and whose references speak not just to your competency but to your character.
You have raised children of your own. The family has been clear that this matters — not as an arbitrary criterion, but because their experience has shown it produces a quality of patience, attunement, and emotional presence that is irreplaceable. You understand a two-year-old's bid for connection. You see an infant's cues before she cries. You notice that the six-year-old had a hard day and you meet her where she is. You do all of this simultaneously, with warmth and grace, because this is the work you have devoted your professional life to.
THIS POSITION IS FOR CAREER NANNIES ONLY
Minimum 10 years of verifiable private household nanny experience is required. Institutional experience — daycare, school, camp — does not substitute for private household tenure.
The family's preference for candidates who have raised their own children is a meaningful qualification. Candidates who cannot provide two verifiable references from prior principal families will not be advanced.
REQUIREMENTS

• Current passport and willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to four weeks per year
• Valid Florida driver's license and clean driving record — transportation of children required
• Current CPR and First Aid certification — infant and child
• All vaccines current
• Clear comprehensive background check — criminal, sex offender registry, and driving record
• Two verifiable professional references from prior principal families — agency references do not substitute
• Bilingual preferred: English/Spanish, English/Hebrew, or English/French
