Yacht Sales & Operations - Palma Mallorca

We are looking for an experienced yachting professional for an exciting position in Palma. This role would suit someone looking to transition from life at sea into a land-based position.
Working closely with the Sales and Technical teams, you'll coordinate the delivery of new and stock yachts from arrival through to customer handover, ensuring projects stay on schedule and every vessel is presented to the highest standard.
This is an operations and logistics role rather than a hands-on technical position, so strong organisation, communication and coordination skills are key.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the arrival, movement and preparation of new and stock yachts.
- Monitor commissioning, warranty and preparation work.
- Liaise with Sales, Service and Head Office teams.
- Oversee stock presentation and customer handovers.
- Support demonstrations, events and occasional travel.
You could currently be a:
- Captain
- Chief Officer
- Yacht Manager
- Operations Manager
- Commissioning Manager
- Service Coordinator
- Or have a similar operational background within the luxury marine industry.
Essential Requirements
- Commercially endorsed skipper's qualification (500GT+).
- Previous luxury yachting or marine industry experience.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Professional, customer-focused approach.
- Fluent English (additional languages are an advantage).
- Existing right to work in Spain.

- Salary: DOE.
