Achieve Hospitality is delighted to be partnering with a luxury estate in North Yorkshire. Renowned for its exceptional hospitality, dining experiences, and commitment to sustainability, the estate is seeking a proactive HR Administrator to support its people function.
This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and detail-oriented individual to provide administrative support across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records, compliance, and training coordination. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and a passion for supporting a positive workplace culture.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative support across the HR function.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR documentation.
- Support recruitment activities, including advertising vacancies and managing applications.
- Coordinate onboarding processes, including contracts, right-to-work checks, and inductions.
- Assist with payroll, pension administration, and employee data management.
- Support absence management, probation reviews, and employee lifecycle processes.
- Coordinate training activities, wellbeing initiatives, and internal communications.
- Produce HR reports and assist with policy updates and compliance requirements.
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience in an HR Administration or similar administrative role.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional, discreet, and able to handle confidential information appropriately.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- CIPD qualification, HR training, hospitality experience, or HR system experience would be advantageous
