We are seeking a talented, experienced, and caring Housekeeper to support a warm young family within their newly renovated Georgian property based in Twickenham.
The family consists of a couple, their much-loved 1.5-year-old daughter, and a friendly Labrador, therefore a genuine love of children and dogs is essential.
This is a beautifully renovated family home set over four floors, with a small but close-knit household team already in place. The family currently employ a live-in Housekeeper, however they are now seeking someone with additional experience working within high-standard private household environments to complement the team.
The ideal candidate will be warm, compassionate, discreet, proactive, and happy working within an informal family household. This role would particularly suit someone seeking a long-term position and who would enjoy growing alongside the family as their needs evolve over time.
Duties (but not limited to):
- Daily housekeeping to a high standard
- Laundry and ironing
- Supporting when entertaining
- Running errands
- Keeping on top of household maintenance
- Liaising with contractors and household suppliers
- Pool, sauna, and hot tub knowledge would be advantageous
- Basic food preparation/cooking support if required (not essential)
Candidate Requirements:
- Previous private household experience preferred
- Child-friendly and dog-friendly
- Warm, caring, and highly organised
- Positive “can-do” attitude
- Comfortable working within a team
- Long-term mindset and flexibility
Working Hours:
- Tuesday to Saturday 9am - 5pm
- Exact hours negotiable for the right candidate
- The role requires two weekend days per month, working either a Saturday or Sunday. This equates to two weekend days in total each month, with the specific days agreed in advance.
Salary: £50,000 depending on experience

- Driving is a bonus but not essential due to excellent transport links
