Salary: £30,000 circa + service charge
Work Schedule: 45 hours per week

A fantastic opportunity for a passionate Chef de Partie to join a luxury boutique hotel in the Yorkshire Dales. The property offers a calm, professional working environment with a brand-new kitchen.
Working within a small and supportive kitchen team, you will assist in delivering high-quality dishes for hotel guests and restaurant diners.
This role is ideal for a chef who enjoys working with fresh ingredients and maintaining high standards within a quality-focused environment.
Role Responsibilities:
- Preparing and presenting dishes to a high standard
- Managing your kitchen section during prep and service
- Maintaining cleanliness and food hygiene standards
- Supporting senior chefs and working closely with the team
- Assisting with stock rotation and minimising waste
Candidate Requirements:
- Previous Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef experience
- Passion for fresh food and quality presentation
- Organised, reliable, and team-oriented approach
- Good understanding of kitchen hygiene and safety
