Marcilly Recruitment is working on behalf of a private UHNW family based in Dubai, seeking an experienced Private Chef to join their established household team. The family travel frequently, including extended time aboard their private yacht, so this Private Chef role suits someone who enjoys variety, is comfortable working alongside other chefs, and thrives in a fast-moving, high-standard environment.
📍 Location: Dubai, UAE
💰 Salary: AED 25,000–40,000 per month, dependent on experience

✈️ Travel: Regular, including time aboard the family's yacht
The role includes:
🍽️ Delivering daily family dining and formal entertaining to a consistently high standard
🧑🍳 Working as part of an established culinary team
✈️ Travelling with the family between residences and aboard their yacht
🛒 Menu planning, provisioning and adapting to changing schedules and guest requirements
Ideal backgrounds include:
✔️ Genuine experience cooking for UHNW or high-profile private households
✔️ Strong longevity — minimum two years' tenure in previous roles
✔️ Michelin or fine-dining training is a strong advantage
✔️ Yachting experience is welcome, ideally on vessels of 60 metres or above, but not essential
✔️ A calm, discreet, adaptable and team-oriented personality
