THE HOUSEHOLD
A private UHNW household in Dubai, known for its exceptionally high standards across every aspect of daily operation. The role sits within an established household team supporting a large, multi-faceted residence, and offers genuine scope to take ownership of villa operations at the highest level.
THE ROLE
This position is set up as a Villa Manager and Assistant Manager pairing, and can be filled by a management couple or two individuals who work well together. The successful pair will take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the property, its team and its administration.
— Oversee daily operations across all areas of the villa
— Manage housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance, landscaping and wellness functions
— Take ownership of villa administration, including staff documentation, scheduling and vendor management
— Manage contractor and vendor relationships, including contract renewals and procurement
— Oversee ongoing and upcoming refurbishment and maintenance projects
— Maintain meticulous inventories, checklists and household standards documentation
— Support recruitment and onboarding of household staff as required
— Coordinate personal errands, shipments and logistics on behalf of the household

THE CANDIDATE
An experienced management pairing, ideally from a luxury hospitality or luxury lodging background, who bring complementary skills and a shared approach to leadership. — Proven experience in luxury hospitality, luxury lodging or high-end villa/estate management
— Comfortable managing a sizeable household team and multiple vendor relationships
— Meticulous, detail-oriented and highly organised
— Resilient, self-motivated and able to work with a high degree of autonomy
— Strong administrative and project management capability
— Genuinely animal-friendly, in accordance with household preference
